Greetings from San Diego, CA!
Great Blog. Im originally from Puerto Rico and currently living in the U.S. I went last year to Pamplona and ran with the bulls on July 8. I had one of the best times of my life and I plan to return. Your latest posting with the sounds of the Encierro is very good, really made me feel I was there again. What did you use to do the recording?. I also wander how you where able to do the Blog postings. As far as I remember the only place you could get Internet access was at "Hotel Tres Estrellas" (not cheap!!) Any way hope that all of you have a safe trip back to the U.S.
Viva San Fermin!

Thanks for your comment.
We had a great time in Pamplona and are glad to share the experience.
For the recording, we used the Marantz PMD660 digital recorder and a Shure pro mic.
We used Adobe Audition software to edit the sounds together.
For internet access we used Kuria.Net Internet Café located on Curia #15, not far from the town center as well as the Hotel Leyre’s business center. Kuria.Net is a much better value. Many of the hotels in Pamplona now offer wireless internet access for a fee.
